The whole expedition is again at BC until Timo and Heikki will leave for Camp I early in the morning. Tomi, Mikko and Antti arrived as well being to BC just after midday and the afternoon was booked for recovering and resting. Heikki measured rest lactate and it seemed such as our bodies have some extra energy. We tested our body composition as a weekly habit and noticed that fat is burning on the mountain.
