28.4.2009 This is what it is...
The Himalayan sparrows and sun's warming rays woke half of the expedition in the basecamp to make the last equipment services before next trip to higher camps tomorrow morning. The other half (Arri, Jussi, Heikki and Esa) has climbed today to camp3 to deliver equipment and returned to camp2 to rest. Everything is going according to the plan so far and the feeling is growing anxious. The communication between the groups is handled by walkie talkies to ensure the group status and equipment situation in the camps is in order. The weather forecast for the next few days seem to be rather ok so the target is to stock the camp3 for the summit attempt.
All is well.
